Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, 2005, National Honor Award. My Scope: Project Landscape Architect. Conceptual Design through working drawings and site supervision.
This unique urban housing project included the re-development and restoration of 27 City of Vancouver-owned houses in the heart of Vancouver's West End that provide 170 units of non-market housing for low-income singles, families, seniors and long-time residents of the block. The project construction of community gardens and greenways, three daycares, as well as a day centre facility that includes 24 units of supported housing for people with HIV/AIDS.
